Father Samuel. He's an ascetic vampire priest who rides in the sidecar of a robotic motorcycle that has the personality of a drunken Scot. He wages a personal war against jaywalkers "and other sinners," wielding a flaming sword to attempt drive-by decapitations. He also has a giant Spanish moustache.
